All our specialities are cooked with the best recipes and the best products of the typical Apulian cooking reviewed in a Mediterranean creative way to delight both sight and taste. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet style (water and bottle of wine included) at Calanè. Breakfast is served at the central restaurant Belvedere arranged on two floors with a large glass window with a view over the central swimming pool. At lunch time you can taste our specialities in the central restaurant Belvedere or at the beach restaurant Pizza-Pasta-Grill Scirò, a framework built on wooden piles with view over the sea and the wild rosemary fragrances of the lush and uncontaminated Mediterranean bush. Dinner is always served at the central Belvedere restaurant.
